Possible Duplicate:
Recover data loss from accidental quick format

My husband downloaded windows 7 to my computer (previously vista) and in the process, deleted everything I had on my computer. He did it without telling me, so nothing was backed up before the transfer. Now, all of my documents, and my entire itunes library are gone. Please tell me there's something I can do. I downloaded itunes again, but nothing is there. Help!
